The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, rating agencies and operations for securitizations. They will be responsible for providing oversight, coordination, and client support in the delivery of due diligence and real estate analysis for securitization and other loan underwriting services. They will have a demonstrated track record of successfully participating in and managing multiple transactions with multiple clients under tight timelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Review and approve provided securitization reporting for post close reporting or securitization of real estate products
Coordinate with internal groups to reconcile loan data and ensure data systems are updated Coordinate with legal department for preparation of reporting packages, narratives, attestations, and all other required documentation.
Present to VP/EVP securitization package with summary Work with multiple data sources to generate and decipher extensive data fields for the issuance of mortgage securitizations Participates in product and process development and SOR development and testing Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications/Abilities/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education and experience
A strong desire to be in investment banking with a working knowledge of mortgage loan data, securitization, and/or origination is a plus
Preferred fields of study include Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, and Business
2+ years' experience in real estate related or financial services industry and/or banking
Working knowledge of RMBS transactions
Willingness to be part of a team that focuses on time-sensitive products with dynamic views and goals.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Strong Communication skills
Strong business writing skills
Ability to address ad-hoc projects in addition to maintain daily workload
